Summary of Job Duties:

The Workforce Ed Instructor is responsible for teaching minors in a correctional/treatment facility. Duties include, but are not limited to:
· Schedule all students for the TABE test.
· Monitor student’s attendance and advise teachers on when students should post-test.
· Schedule & Administer all TABE test for students.
· Schedule and Administer all GED ready test for students.
· Schedule all GED test.
· Complete a student intake with each student.
· Creating and maintaining student files.
· Entering data accurately into LACES.
· Performing recruitment and retention activities.
· Maintaining an accurate call log.
· Work attendance is a must!
· Attend all mandated faulty and state meetings.
· Attend professional development.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree. Current Arkansas Teaching License.
