Posting Summary The Department of Chemistry and Chemical Biology is seeking Stockroom and Course Support for Introduction to Experimentation, Organic Chemistry Laboratory, Analytical Chemistry Laboratory, Physical Chemistry Laboratory, and General Chemistry Lecture, and other undergraduate courses.
Stockroom support duties include:
• Assisting with preparing reagents • Stocking equipment • Enforcing safety • Proper handling of chemical waste • Staffing stockroom under the supervision of faculty in charge of the stockroom
Course support duties include:
• Preparation for office hours • Proctoring • Handling grading of any assignments or assessments as dictated by the course coordinators/lecturers
Depending on the course, course support may also include providing support for lecturers in maintaining and populating the Learning Management Site for the course.
