9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Accountant II Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform general accounting duties, including preparing and maintaining financial records and transactions.
Prepare, review, and reconcile account balances, journal entries, and financial reports.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
Review invoices, payments, expenses, and other financial transactions for accuracy and completeness.
Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable activities as assigned.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Research and resolve accounting discrepancies and variances.
Maintain accurate and organized accounting documentation and records.
Assist with audits, compliance requirements, and requests for supporting documentation.
Prepare routine and ad hoc financial reports for management.
Ensure accounting activities are completed in accordance with company policies and applicable accounting standards.
Collaborate with internal departments to obtain and verify financial information.
Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent
Minimum of one (1) year of recent experience as an Accountant II
Additional certifications may be required.
Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g. N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
