Shift Details:

  M-F 8a-4p
  

Data Entry / Word Processing Duties & Responsibilities:

• 
  Update and maintain department specific forms
  
• 
  SFS information updates and password resets
  
• 
  Various quarterly reports
  
• 
  Reporting and tracking of equipment distribution and maintenance
  
• 
  Meeting minutes and notes
  
• 
  Main line telephone coverage
  
• 
  Monitoring Business Office mailbox and distributing all contents
  
• 
  Oversee file storage and disposition
  
• 
  Working knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Word
  
• 
  Operate postage machine daily
  
• 
  Other duties as assigned
  

Minimum Qualifications 

• 
  Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in a NYS Agency
  
• 
  With experience as  Data Entry
  
• 
  High school diploma.
  
• 
  Additional certifications may be required.
