Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs and student progress. Provide specially designed instruction, accommodations, and modifications. Deliver individual and small-group instruction based on student needs. Assess academic, behavioral, and functional performance. Develop lesson plans, interventions, and behavior supports. Maintain required student records and progress documentation. Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with families and school staff. Supervise and provide direction to paraprofessionals as assigned. Maintain confidentiality and comply with special education laws and school policies.Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or relevant college coursework preferred. Previous experience working with children or students with disabilities is preferred. Ability to follow instructional plans, IEP accommodations, behavior support plans, and teacher direction. Possess effective communication, interpersonal, and classroom support skills.Skills and Competencies
