Help protect wildlife, support vulnerable children, and strengthen environmental programs — all while building a meaningful career in beautiful San Diego. This is a W‑2 hourly role. Your work directly fuels the missions of nonprofits creating real change across Southern California and beyond.

Every conversation you have helps fund programs that protect marine life, restore natural habitats, and support children and families. You’ll be part of a team that brings hope, resources, and long‑term support to communities that need it most — right here in San Diego and across the region.

• $19.25/hr starting pay

• Promotions up to $28.50/hr

• Daily, weekly & monthly bonuses

• Flexible scheduling (PT & FT)

• Outdoor, community‑focused work in high‑traffic areas like Balboa Park, the Gaslamp Quarter, Mission Beach, and local farmers markets

• Inspire San Diego residents and visitors to take action for causes that matter

• Enroll new monthly donors using a tablet

• Represent respected charities with compassion and professionalism

• Work outdoors with a supportive, mission‑driven team in one of the nation’s most active, environmentally conscious cities

People who care deeply about community, justice, the environment, and helping others. Experience in customer service, sales, fundraising, hospitality, retail, sports, or performing arts is helpful — but passion and positivity matter most.
