Dining Room Hostess Responsibilities :

• Warmly greet and welcome each guest as they enter the dining room.
• Make eye contact, speak enthusiastically, and create meaningful connections.
• Assist guests with seating, questions, and any dining needs throughout their visit.
• Anticipate guest needs and check in on tables to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting atmosphere in the dining room, play areas, and restrooms.
• Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, floors, restrooms, and high-touch areas throughout your shift.
• Empty trash, restock supplies, and promptly address spills or messes.
• Support overall front-of-house organization and presentation standards.
• Deliver meals to guests when needed, ensuring accuracy and care.
• Occasionally assist with front counter or register support during peak times.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to keep operations flowing smoothly.
• Demonstrate adaptability and team-oriented work ethic every shift.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A friendly, approachable attitude with a passion for hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining cleanliness.
• Works well independently but also thrives within a team.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks (cleaning, lifting up to 40-50 lbs).
• Must have reliable attendance and a positive, service-oriented attitude.
