North America Controller

The Finance Controller, North America, is responsible for leading all accounting and controllership activities for Videojet''s commercial operations in the United States. This role ensures timely and accurate financial reporting, maintains internal controls, and drives continuous improvement in accounting processes. Key duties include overseeing financial close activities, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and SOX, and partnering with cross-functional teams for decision support. The position requires a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, at least 7 years of progressive accounting or audit experience, and strong technical accounting, analytical, and leadership skills. Proficiency with ERP and reporting systems (Oracle, Blackline, OneStream) and advanced Excel is preferred. The salary range is $130,000-$170,000 USD, with eligibility for bonus and comprehensive benefits.
