North Cal Driver

The Driver will operate multiple vehicle types to deliver goods from Central Kitchen to Bafang Dumpling restaurants in addition to working in the warehouse as needed to support the business. The driver ensures timely deliveries, proper handling of products, and compliance with all traffic and safety laws.

Key Tasks:

• Drive company-provided trucks to deliver along assigned routes.
• Follow all safety protocols, DOT regulations, and traffic laws to ensure safe vehicle operation.
• Inspect and maintain vehicles, reporting any issues to ensure they remain in good working condition.
• Load and unload cargo via hand, manual pallet jack, and lift gate
• Able to drive long distances to and from Southern California and Northern California
• Load and unload goods to be delivered
• Verify and complete delivery logs, required documentation, and reports accurately
• Comply with company policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as required
• Communicate with management regarding delivery issues, delays, or vehicle concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and care of assigned vehicle.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Experience in logistics, delivery or warehouse operations preferred
• Previous experience driving 20 ft. to 26 ft. truck
• Basic written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to operate pallet jacks or lift equipment (certification a plus)
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds

Position Requirements:

• Available to work during weekends and holidays
• Must be at least 21 years or older.
• Overnight stay after delivery in Northern California, lodging provided
• Able to drive long distances to and from Southern California and Northern California
