The Department of Developmental Services (DDS) is committed to providing appropriate supports and services to individuals diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder. The DDS Northeast Region is seeking to a hire a professional Program Coordinator II (PC) to be part of the Regional Office's management team. The PC II will work closely with the five Area Office's Autism Service Coordinators and other area and regional staff. The Regional Office Autism Program Coordinator will work under the direction of the Regional Director or designee. This position will provide oversight, guidance and be responsible for providing technical assistance and resource development for the Northeast Region's Autism Unit. The PC will maintain program tracking efforts by analyzing data and utilizing available data available in DDS' medical records system. Responsibilities also include the ability to retrieve, organize, and integrate information, and to generate and write reports.

Extensive knowledge and previous professional experience working with individuals with a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder.
Proven ability to plan, develop and organize supports and services.
Ability to communicate clearly in both verbal and written form.
Experience with managing projects to achieve desired outcomes
Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with management-level and other area office and provider agency staff
Ability to participate in and contribute to a Leadership Team
Ability to utilize various data management systems, run reports, and analyze data in support of DDS objectives
Ability to prioritize, responds to multiple demands, and manages time efficiently.
