Regional Sales Manager Position Purpose: The Regional Sales Manager reports directly to the VP of Sales and is responsible for medical imaging software and capital sales. Our integrated platform is comprised of Precision 3D medical imaging software solutions and an IR Robotic device for pre-surgical planning, navigation and targeting needle placement. This position will call on Thoracic and Abdominal Surgeons as well as Interventional Radiologists.
This position requires the candidate to be residing in the Northeast. Responsibilities:- Prospect, identify, and target potential customers, including hospitals, medical centers, and University Healthcare Institutions.
- Understand the unique needs and challenges of each customer and develop customized solutions.
- Present and demonstrate our medical software to clients, showcasing its features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to stay up to date on product offerings and market trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, department managers, procurement professionals, and other decision-makers.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Follow up with clients and provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Provide valuable insights into the company's product development and marketing teams.
- Attending and presenting at medical conferences and trade shows.
- Travel: 40-50 %.
Experience and Education Requirement:- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of previous medical imaging software and device sales experience
