    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • If on active duty, be within one year of retirement with documentation indicating a desire to retire
    • If retired, have been retired from active duty for less than three (3) years, and be receiving retired pay
    • Has been approved as a JROTC instructor by US Army
    • Must meet other JROTC requirements

    DUTIES:

    • Conduct the JROTC program in accordance with applicable law, and Army and Cadet Command regulations and policies
    • Perform other duties of a JROTC Instructor
    • Senior Army Instructor Officer (03-06)/Warrant Officer required to have a four-year degree
    • Responsible for overall management of the JROTC program
