LIJFH

is a 312-bed community teaching hospital that provides inpatient medical and surgical care, intensive care, and women's health services. The hospital is designated as a Level II Perinatal Center and our Emergency Department is a 911 receiving site, a certified heart station, as well as a New York state-designated Stroke Center. Additionally, the Orthopedic Department holds an advanced certification in total joint replacement from the Joint Commission. Our facilities have exceptional staff using the most advanced diagnostic and treatment technologies available. Orthopedic department highlights include: Northwell performs the most orthopedic procedures in the New York, with care offered at more than 50 outpatient locations and 20 hospitals

Candidate Qualifications: The successful candidate will ideally possess the following qualifications and experience: Completion of an accredited Orthopedic Surgery Residency and Joint fellowship

Board Certified/Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery

Must be licensed or eligible to be licensed as a physician in the State of New York
