Care Plus TLC is searching for experienced Home Health Aides or CNA's to join our team! This position is perfect for caregivers living in or around the Grant area. This is a part-time position caring for 1 patient in their home. Expected hours range from 16-26 working 12p-4p or 3p-7p 3x week. WEEKLY pay! Starting at $17/hour.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, toileting, personal care, etc.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean living space for our clients
• Meal prep
• Completing electronic documentation while on shift.
• Monitoring client's condition and reporting changes/concerns to appropriate medical professionals and family members.

Candidates should have

• Familiarity with Home Health Care, safety and sanitation standards and procedures
• Understanding of Confidentiality and Privacy Laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills… able to communicate effectively with patients and their families.
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology
• Ability to undertake a variety of diverse care tasks and work as a team member
