Note Department Intern

We are looking for an intern to join our Note Department! Apply today to gain hands-on experience in banking operations! The Note Operations Intern will support the operational side of the Note Department with various projects as needed.

This internship will mainly focus on AI and be responsible for converting and automating loan documents for monthly certifications, using AI tools.

Other duties may include: Filing, mail distribution, signature monitoring, policy uploads and other duties as assigned.

• Must be an active college student in Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Possess strong written/verbal communication skills as well as excellent organizational/time management skills
• Proficient in computer terminal and personal computer operation
• Project businesslike professionalism

Target hourly rate: $20
