If you're passionate about delivering exceptional client outcomes and transforming the infrastructure landscape, we want you on our team.About the roleCurrie & Brown is seeking a Notice Drafter to support our Contract Administration Team on complex capital construction projects. This position plays a critical role in protecting the Owner's contractual position through disciplined preparation, tracking, and management of formal contract notices. The role is advisory and documentation-focused, ensuring all contractual communications are accurate, compliant, traceable, and aligned with governance requirements.ResponsibilitiesContractual Notice Preparation & IssuanceDraft, review, and issue formal contractual notices, including delay notices, change notifications, claims correspondence, and other time-sensitive communications.Ensure all notices are aligned with contract terms, project requirements, and applicable regulations.Deliver clear, accurate, and timely communications to relevant stakeholders.Notice Intake & AdministrationReceive and review notices from the General Contractor.Log all incoming and outgoing notices into the Notice Register.Distribute notices to appropriate stakeholders and monitor responses within contractual timelines.Maintain full traceability and documentation of all contractual correspondence.Compliance & Governance AlignmentEnsure notices align with the approved Project Organization Plan, Change Control Plan, and risk management framework.Verify compliance with Owner financial controls, including Code of Accounts requirements.Support adherence to document control and audit standards.Stakeholder CoordinationInterface with Owner representatives, Project Managers, Legal, and Construction teams to validate notice content and commercial implications.Provide commercially informed insight to support issue resolution in accordance with contract provisions.Documentation & ReportingUpload and manage all notices within designated enterprise systems (e.g., Procore, SharePoint, QuickBase).Maintain and update the Notice Register daily.Prepare weekly summary reports outlining issued, pending, and responded notices.Commercial & Contract Administration SupportSupport the Contract Administration Team with commercially sensitive documentation.Assist with archiving and maintaining organized commercial records to ensure audit readiness.QualificationsMinimum 5+ years of experience in contract administration, commercial management, or notice drafting within construction projects.Strong understanding of construction contract terms and formal notice requirements.Experience working within structured document control and governance environments.High attention to detail with strong written communication skills.Ability to manage deadlines and maintain organized records in high-volume environments.Proficiency with enterprise systems such as Procore, SharePoint, or similar platforms.What you can expectA collaborative business environment, where every voice is heard and supported.Opportunities for personal and professional advancement.Buddy and mentorship program.Continuous learning and professional development, in all stages of your career.Opportunities for relocation, nationally and internationally.Healthy work/life balance.A comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k matching, paid vacation and more.#J-18808-Ljbffr
