Qualifications:

• Experience working with children in an educational, childcare, or related setting preferred.
• Ability to support students academically, socially, emotionally, and behaviorally in accordance with individual student needs.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families.
• Strong communication, patience, flexibility, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding student information and records.
• Ability to follow teacher direction and implement instructional and behavioral supports.
• Commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students.
• Ability to assist students with classroom routines, transitions, organization, and daily activities as needed.
• Previous experience working with children with autism or other developmental delays preferred.
• Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis preferred.
