MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The NoVA Superintendent - Ground Up Projects Up to 40M+ should have 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a general contractor, proven experience with ground-up projects valued at $12M+ (ideally up to $40M), background in K-12, municipal, or public-sector construction preferred, ability to independently lead and manage large-scale projects, strong knowledge of construction documents, scheduling, and safety standards, OSHA 30 certification required, familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, and other construction software tools, and open to candidates based in Northern Virginia or Maryland (near VA border).The NoVA Superintendent - Ground Up Projects Up to 40M+ may receive base salary: $110K - $175K (depending on previous experience), annual company-wide bonus, full benefits: health, dental, vision, 401K with 6% match, company vehicle or vehicle allowance, competitive PTO package, HSA with employer contributions twice per year.
