Nova Superintendent - Ground Up Projects Up To 40m+The NoVA Superintendent - Ground Up Projects Up to 40M+ will be responsible for overseeing all on-site construction operations for commercial ground-up projects, managing subcontractors, schedules, safety compliance, and project quality, interpreting construction documents and perform constructability reviews, maintaining daily logs, coordinate materials, and ensure jobsite organization, leading communication between owners, project managers, architects, and subs, and driving project timelines and ensure successful delivery from start to finish.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The NoVA Superintendent - Ground Up Projects Up to 40M+ should have 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a general contractor, proven experience with ground-up projects valued at $12M+ (ideally up to $40M), background in K-12, municipal, or public-sector construction preferred, ability to independently lead and manage large-scale projects, strong knowledge of construction documents, scheduling, and safety standards, OSHA 30 certification required, familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, and other construction software tools, and open to candidates based in Northern Virginia or Maryland (near VA border).The NoVA Superintendent - Ground Up Projects Up to 40M+ may receive base salary: $110K - $175K (depending on previous experience), annual company-wide bonus, full benefits: health, dental, vision, 401K with 6% match, company vehicle or vehicle allowance, competitive PTO package, HSA with employer contributions twice per year.
