True Focus Hospitality Group is now accepting applications to build our staffing database for the upcoming Fall 2026 convention and event season throughout the Dallas area.

We are looking for dependable, professional individuals who enjoy working in fast-paced environments and providing outstanding customer service.

Positions Include:

• Licensed Event Security Officers
• Badge Checkers
• Crowd Management

What We Look For:

• MUST have CURRENT LEVEL 2 TOPS
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to stand and walk for 8 to 12 hours. THESE ARE NON-SITTING POSTS
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Weekend and flexible availability preferred
• Must be at least 21 years old to apply

STARTING RATES:

Convention Center (NEW HIRES 21.50; will increase after you have worked several events)

Hotels: (NEW HIRES 17.00; will increase after you have worked several events)
