Job Title: General Laborer
Pay: $20.00 - $21.50/hr
Hours: 5:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., Monday – Thursday; 3:00 p.m. – 1:30 a.m., Monday – Thursday

As a General Laborer, you'll be an essential part of our team, assisting in daily manufacturing activities, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and supporting the smooth flow of production. You'll work closely with team leaders and operators to help meet production goals while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

What You’ll Do
As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for:
  • Performing general labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving products weighing up to 55 lbs throughout your shift.
  • Keeping the work area clean, organized, and safe to support efficient operations.
  • Following all safety protocols and communicating clearly with team members to meet daily production targets.
  • Assisting with stacking, sorting, and packaging finished goods as needed to maintain workflow.

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • At least 6 months of previous experience in production, general labor, or a similar environment.
  • Ability to lift 55 lbs periodically and stand or walk for extended periods comfortably.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, safety-conscious attitude.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and safety.
