Hours: 1st Shift: 5:30 AM - 3:30 PM (Monday - Thursday) Fridays and Saturdays for Mandatory OT

As a 1st Material Handler, you'll play a vital role in supporting production activities by efficiently handling materials, adhering to safety standards, and collaborating with a committed team to meet daily goals.

What You’ll Do
As a 1st Material Handler, you will be responsible for

• Safely lifting and transporting products weighing up to 55 lbs throughout the shift to support production needs
• Operating material handling equipment, including forklifts, in a fast-paced environment while following strict safety protocols
• Communicating clearly with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure seamless workflow
• Maintaining accuracy and a sense of urgency in completing deliveries and warehouse duties to meet production targets
• Supporting additional warehouse responsibilities as assigned to ensure smooth operations

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have

• At least 6 months of experience in general labor within a manufacturing or warehouse setting
• Forklift operation experience; certification is a plus but not mandatory
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional, courteous attitude
• An adaptable and proactive approach to work, capable of performing with urgency and precision
• Physical ability to perform manual handling tasks and meet the physical demands of the role without restrictions
