Please note: This position is entirely commission-based!

Responsibilities

• Engage in training sessions to understand real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Support seasoned agents with property showings, open houses, and client meetings.
• Complete the PLACE Launch program.
• Learn to conduct market research and analyze property values accurately.
• Observe senior agents during negotiations and transactions to gain practical experience.
• Work with team members to create effective marketing strategies for properties.
• Master the preparation of contracts, listing agreements, and other essential documents.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Keep up-to-date with market trends, new developments, and industry innovations.
• Host two open houses each month.
• Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into appointments.
• Join weekly script practice sessions as per team standards.
• Participate in team activities according to team standards.
• Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls.

Qualifications

• Proficient in building rapport, identifying client needs, and delivering effective solutions

• Effective at managing time and prioritizing responsibilities
• Holds a valid real estate license
• Ideally possesses at least one year of sales experience

• Flexible and committed to surpassing client expectations
• Willingness to learn and utilize scripts and dialogue techniques
• Possesses a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
