Revised Personnel is seeking motivated and dependable individuals for an Apartment Make-Ready Technician position at a local apartment community. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with the potential for permanent hire based on performance and attendance.
Job Responsibilities:
Preparing vacant apartment units for new tenants
Painting, cleaning, and basic repairs
Trash removal and unit clean-out
Assisting with maintenance and grounds duties as needed
Ensuring units are move-in ready
Qualifications:
Previous apartment make-ready or maintenance experience preferred
Must have your own basic tools
Ability to use hand and power tools safely
Reliable transportation
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
Schedule: Full-Time
