High-Speed Food Manufacturing Opportunity — Urgently hiring in Cuyahoga Falls!

Job Title: Packer


Pay: $14 - $17 per hour


Hours: 10-12 hour shifts (AM and PM) (6am-6pm) or (8pm-8am)


Start Date: Every Monday

As a Packer you'll be a vital part of producing high-quality baked goods, ensuring product safety, and developing valuable skills within a supportive team setting. As a Packer, you'll help support daily operations by following strict safety and quality standards, assisting with ingredient mixing, and packaging finished products with precision. You'll work closely with supervisors and team members to ensure efficiency and meet production goals.

What You’ll Do


As a Packer, you will be responsible for:
  • Conducting detailed quality inspections to verify product safety and adherence to high standards.
  • Efficiently and accurately packaging baked goods into containers, following detailed production guidelines.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace throughout your shift to uphold a safe and productive environment.
  • Standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Communicating promptly with supervisors to address any concerns and ensure smooth operations.
