Repair Technician — Urgently hiring in Canton, Ohio!

Job Title: Repair Technician
Pay: $15 per hour
Hours: 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

As a Repair Technician, you'll support production processes by assembling components, conducting safety checks, and ensuring quality standards are met. What You'll Do
As a Repair Technician, you will be responsible for:
  • Accurately assembling components to meet design specifications and quality standards.
  • Using tape measures, hand tools, and power tools to perform precise measurements and assembly tasks.
  • Identifying various components and understanding the different stages involved in the assembly process.
  • Conducting equipment safety checks to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Maintaining a steady work pace, working independently or as part of a team to meet production goals.
  • Communicating effectively with coworkers and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Standing for long periods and working overtime, especially near month-end when mandatory overtime may be required.
  • Demonstrating physical dexterity needed for hands-on assembly and repetitive tasks.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
  • 3 to 6 months of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse operations.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools, tape measures, and basic power tools.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A commitment to safety and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.
  • Flexibility to work overtime and adapt to changing schedules.
  • Relevant skills in Packaging, Warehouse, or Assembly are a plus.
