Repair Technician — Urgently hiring in!

Job Title: Repair Technician
Pay: $15 per hour
Hours: 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Start Date: ASAP

As a Repair Technician, you'll play a vital role in supporting our client's production processes and contribute to a dedicated team focused on quality and efficiency. You'll work closely with team members and supervisors to deliver results that truly matter.

What You’ll Do
As a Repair Technician, you will be responsible for:
  • Assembling components accurately to meet specifications and quality standards.
  • Using tape measures and hand tools effectively for precise measurements and assembly.
  • Recognizing various components and understanding each step of the assembly process.
  • Performing safety checks on equipment to ensure a safe and secure work environment.
  • Maintaining a steady work pace, working independently and as part of a team.
  • Communicating clearly with coworkers and supervisors to meet team goals.
  • Standing for extended periods and working overtime, particularly near month-end when mandatory overtime is required.
  • Demonstrating physical dexterity necessary for hands-on assembly tasks.

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
  • 3 to 6 months of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively or independently.
  • A commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
  • Flexibility to accommodate overtime and adjustable schedules.
  • Experience in Packaging/Warehouse and Assembly is preferred.
