Job Title: Repair Technician
Pay: $15 per hour

As a Repair Technician, you'll be instrumental in supporting assembly and maintenance processes, ensuring high-quality performance of equipment and components. You'll collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve operational goals, making a tangible impact every day.

What You'll Do:

As a Repair Technician, you will be responsible for:
Assembling components accurately according to detailed specifications and quality standards.
Using tape measures, hand tools, and power tools to perform precise measurements and assembly tasks.
Identifying and sorting various parts and understanding different stages of assembly.
Conducting safety checks on equipment to maintain a secure working environment.
Maintaining a steady work pace while working independently or within a team.
Communicating effectively with coworkers and supervisors to meet production targets.
Standing for extended periods and working overtime during peak periods, especially near month-end.
Demonstrating physical dexterity for hands-on assembly and repair tasks.

What You'll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
3 to 6 months of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
Proficiency in using hand tools and basic power tools.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others or independently.
A commitment to safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work overtime and adapt to schedule demands.
Skills in Packaging/Warehouse and Assembly are a plus.
