Job Title: Cableboard Assembler
Pay: $15 per hour
Hours: 3rd shift, 10:00PM to 6:30AM (Monday to Friday)

What You'll Do
As a Cableboard Assembler, you will be responsible for:
- Assembling components accurately according to detailed specifications and quality standards.
- Using tape measures, hand tools, and power tools to perform precise measurements and assembly tasks.
- Identifying and sorting various parts and understanding different stages of assembly.
- Conducting safety checks on equipment to maintain a secure working environment.
- Maintaining a steady work pace while working independently or within a team.
- Communicating effectively with coworkers and supervisors to meet production targets.
- Standing for extended periods and working overtime during peak periods, especially near month-end.
- Demonstrating physical dexterity for hands-on assembly and repair tasks.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- 3 to 6 months of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and basic power tools.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others or independently.
- A commitment to safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work overtime and adapt to schedule demands.
- Skills in Packaging/Warehouse and Assembly are a plus.
