Key Requirements: CPA license (required) 3–5 years of audit experience (Senior or Manager level) Strong technical skills in GAAP, GAAS, SSARS, IRA tax code Confident in preparing and reviewing financial statements, disclosures, management letters Bonus: Experience with closely held businesses, high-net-worth individuals, nonprofits, or benefit plans
