We work hard, but we also like to have some fun. Every month, the techs and service team get together for a dealer-paid lunch, and the team votes for the monthly MVP and G.O.A.T. We give away over $800 in cash, both winners get a trophy, and the MVP gets to spin for extra prizes like more cash, gift cards, and time off. We also cook out regularly because a good team should actually enjoy being part of one.
Just as important, we believe in process, structure, and support. A well-run dealership means work is dispatched with purpose, communication is clearer, and technicians have a better chance to stay productive. More order, less chaos — because good techs make better money when the shop is organized.
We know making a move is not easy. Most technicians stay where they are because it is familiar. But familiar does not always mean better.
