We're looking for caring and dependable caregivers of all experience levels to provide one-on-one support to clients throughout Orange County.

Pay & Schedule

• $18–$23/hour

• Weekly pay

• Direct deposit every Friday

• Flexible scheduling

• Morning, afternoon, evening, overnight, and weekend opportunities

• Choose from available open shifts based on your availability

• Shifts are sent through text, email, or directly by our schedulers

Who We're Looking For

• At least 6 months of experience as a caregiver 

• Individuals with personal caregiving experience

• Home Care Aides

• Personal Care Aides

• In-Home Caregivers

• Compassionate individuals interested in working in home care

No extensive caregiving experience? You may still apply!

Requirements

• Must have an HCA number OR be willing to obtain one

• Willingness to complete Live Scan/background screening

• Reliable and dependable

• Professional and compassionate

• Comfortable assisting clients with daily activities

• Able to follow client care plans and instructions

• Good communication skills

HCA & Live Scan Reimbursement

• HCA registration: approximately $35

• Live Scan: approximately $70–$90

• Cost varies depending on the location/provider

• Eligible fees are reimbursable after completing 30 hours of shifts with us

What You'll Do

Depending on the client's needs, you may assist with:

• Bathing and personal hygiene

• Dressing and grooming

• Toileting and incontinence care

• Transfers and mobility

• Fall prevention

• Meal preparation

• Light housekeeping

• Laundry

• Medication reminders

• Companionship

• Grocery shopping

• Approved errands

• Accompanying clients to appointments

• Providing general support and supervision
