Responsibilities:
- Provide high‑quality personal care support, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance
- Assist with mobility needs such as transfers, ambulation, and safe use of mobility devices
- Support clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ physical or emotional condition
- Offer dementia and cognitive support following individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation of care activities as required
- Work primarily in clients’ homes, adapting to varying shift times and daily care needs
- Foster a safe, respectful, and supportive environment that aligns with each client’s care goals
Requirements:
- Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred, but not required—we provide paid training
- Ability to lift 50 pounds minimum and pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
