Nu Look Home Care Agency is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide dependable, person-centered care to individuals in their homes.
We're looking for caregivers who understand that the little things matter — arriving on time, listening to clients, following the care plan, documenting accurately, and treating every individual with dignity and respect.
Responsibilities May Include:
- Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Providing mobility, transfer, and ambulation assistance
- Assisting with toileting and other activities of daily living
- Meal preparation and feeding assistance
- Light housekeeping related to client care
- Providing companionship and supportive care
- Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition
- Following the client's established plan of care
- Completing required visit documentation
- Using the agency's Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) system to accurately clock in and out of scheduled visits
Qualifications:
- Current CNA listing/credentials as required for the position
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Professional and respectful
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to follow written care plans and agency procedures
- Comfortable using a smartphone/mobile app for EVV and visit documentation
- Ability to successfully complete required employment screenings
- Home care experience is preferred but not required
