About the Role:
The General Laborer supports daily site operations by maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment within
an active operating facility. This role is critical to ensuring safety compliance and supporting ongoing construction
activities.
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
0–2 years of general labor or construction experience preferred
Will consider candidates with relevant transferable skills or willingness to learn
Key Responsibilities
Perform general site cleaning (sweeping, vacuuming, debris removal)
Maintain housekeeping standards across all work areas
Assist with water management and basic site upkeep
Support crews with general labor tasks as needed
Keep work areas safe, clean, and organized at all times
Follow all site safety protocols and procedures
Requirements
Previous construction or general labor experience preferred
Ability to work in an active operating facility
Strong attention to safety and detail
Reliable transportation
Must pass background check and required site clearances
PPE Requirements
Steel toe boots required (employee must provide)
