Location: Emmaus, PA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $18.00/hour
Temporary Position

HTSS is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support a busy manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include processing customer orders, maintaining records, assisting with inventory reporting, handling customer inquiries, and working with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service or administrative experience

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Manufacturing experience is a plus
