Location: Philadelphia, PA 19126 Schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 4:00 PM–11:00 PM
Every Other Weekend: 9:00 AM–9:00 PM Driver’s License Required
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our residential team. The DSP will provide daily support, supervision, and assistance to individuals in a residential setting while promoting independence, safety, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct care and support in a residential setting
Assist individuals with activities of daily living and personal care
Prepare meals and assist with household tasks
Support medication reminders and follow care plans as required
Assist with community activities and appointments
Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment
Encourage independence and participation in daily activities
Complete required documentation and communicate concerns to supervisors
Provide dependable coverage for scheduled shifts
Qualifications
Previous DSP, caregiver, HHA, or direct care experience preferred
Valid driver’s license required
Reliable and dependable
Compassionate and patient with a strong commitment to person-centered care
Ability to work evenings and every other weekend
Must successfully complete required background checks and onboarding requirements
