Schedule: Every Other Weekend | Saturday & Sunday | 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Are you compassionate, dependable, and passionate about helping others? We are currently hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide care and support in a residential home setting in Northeast Philadelphia.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and supervision to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)
- Assist with daily living activities including meals, hygiene, and community engagement
- Support residents with maintaining a safe, clean, and positive home environment
- Encourage independence and social interaction
- Complete documentation and report any changes or concerns appropriately
- Transport clients to community activities or appointments as needed
Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License REQUIRED
- Previous DSP, caregiver, home health aide, or direct care experience preferred
- Experience working with IDD individuals is a plus
- Reliable, patient, and professional
- Ability to work every other weekend consistently
