This is a rewarding opportunity to support individuals with their daily routines while promoting independence, dignity, safety, and quality of life.
OPEN SHIFTS
️ SHIFT 4 – CPS
Monday–Friday | 11:00 AM–3:00 PM
Perfect for someone looking for a consistent weekday schedule!
SHIFT 5 – EVERY OTHER WEEKEND
Weekend 1:
Weekend 2:
Every other weekend schedule — ideal for candidates looking for a part-time weekend opportunity.
DSP RESPONSIBILITIES
As a DSP, you will:
- ️ Provide compassionate direct support
- Assist with daily living activities and routines
- ️ Promote safety and well-being
- Encourage independence and community involvement
- Provide companionship and meaningful engagement
- ️ Assist with meals and household routines as needed
- Complete required documentation
- Communicate important updates with the care team
QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid Driver’s License REQUIRED
- Reliable and dependable
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous DSP, caregiver, healthcare, or direct-care experience is a plus
- Must successfully complete required background checks and onboarding requirements

$250 Referral Bonus for eligible referrals who complete 30 days
