Position: Endodontist
Location: Minneapolis & St. Cloud, MN (multi-site flexibility available)
Schedule: Full-time or 3–4 Day Option
Compensation:
- $500,000 guaranteed compensation (potential to earn more)
- Optional production incentives above guarantee
- Eligible for Federal Loan Forgiveness (nonprofit 501(c)(3))

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality endodontic care including root canal therapy, retreatments, emergencies, traumatic injury care, and related procedures
- Diagnose and manage pulpal pathology with compassion and efficiency
- Develop patient-centered treatment plans and educate patients on care options
- Collaborate with general dentists, dental therapists, assistants, and hygienists
- Maintain documentation aligned with state, Medicaid, and clinical standards
- Uphold infection control, HIPAA, and Board of Dentistry standards
Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from an accredited institution
- Completion of an accredited Endodontics residency program
- Active Minnesota Dental License (or eligibility)
- Passion for serving underserved populations
- Commitment to high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based care
