How You'll Make an Impact
Your care will help a senior client feel safe, comfortable, and supported throughout their evening routine.
- Provide compassionate one-on-one in-home senior care.
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
- Provide personal care while protecting the client's dignity and independence.
- Assist with mobility, walking, transfers, repositioning, and fall prevention.
- Help with evening meals, snacks, and hydration.
- Provide companionship, conversation, and meaningful engagement.
- Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and household organization.
- Help the client prepare for their nighttime routine.
- Provide medication reminders according to the established care plan.
- Observe and report changes in the client's condition to the appropriate care team.
- Complete accurate documentation of care provided.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who brings experience, reliability, and genuine compassion to every shift.
- Previous professional caregiving experience preferred.
- Experience with senior care, elderly care, in-home care, personal care, companion care, or private duty care.
- CNA, HHA, PCA, or home care experience is a plus.
- Comfortable assisting with personal care and daily living activities.
- Dependable, patient, respectful, and trustworthy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently in a client's home.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Current Auto Insurance.
- Reliable transportation.
