ComForCare Home Care - Central DuPage is looking for a dependable and compassionate CNA, HHA, or experienced Caregiver to provide quality one-on-one care to a senior client in Wheaton, IL during the evening hours.

Position Details

What Youll Do

You will provide hands-on assistance and companionship while helping the client maintain a comfortable evening routine.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Personal care and hygiene assistance
• Bathing, toileting, and incontinence care
• Mobility assistance and safe transfers
• Meal preparation and assistance
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and meaningful conversation
• Helping with evening and bedtime routines
• Light housekeeping related to the clients care
• Observing changes in the clients condition and reporting concerns
• Following the clients individualized care plan
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment

Who Were Looking For

Were interested in candidates with experience as a:

• CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant
• HHA - Home Health Aide
• Caregiver
• Personal Care Assistant (PCA)
• Private Duty Caregiver
• Home Care Aide

Ideal candidates are:

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Experienced in providing personal care or senior care
• Comfortable assisting with ADLs and mobility
• Able to work independently in a clients home
• Professional and reliable
• Comfortable communicating with the care team and family
• Experienced with dementia or Alzheimers care is a plus
