in-home senior care for a client in
Wheaton, Illinois.

CNA certification is not required. We're specifically looking for someone with hands-on caregiving experience who understands the importance of patience, reliability, and compassionate senior care.
Position DetailsPosition: Experienced Caregiver
Shift: Morning / Day Shift
Location: Wheaton, Illinois
What You'll Be DoingYou'll provide personalized support based on the client's daily needs while helping them maintain their independence at home.
- Provide compassionate one-on-one in-home care.
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
- Provide personal care assistance while maintaining the client's dignity and privacy.
- Assist with walking, mobility, transfers, and everyday safety.
- Prepare meals and provide assistance with meals and hydration.
- Help with laundry, light housekeeping, and keeping the home organized.
- Provide companionship, conversation, and meaningful engagement.
- Follow the client's individualized care plan and daily routines.
- Observe changes in the client's condition and communicate concerns to the care team.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
Who We're Looking ForWe're looking for a
seasoned caregiver who is confident providing hands-on care and understands the needs of older adults.
- Previous professional caregiving experience required.
- CNA certification is not required.
- Experience in senior care, elderly care, home care, personal care, companion care, or private duty caregiving preferred.
- Experience assisting with ADLs and personal care.
- Dependable, patient, compassionate, and trustworthy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a client's home.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Current Auto Insurance.
- Reliable transportation.
