As a Dispatch Support Associate, you'll be a key player in coordinating service operations, updating clients, and maintaining accurate records. You'll collaborate closely with dispatch teams and managers to deliver efficient solutions and exceptional customer support.
What Youll Do
As a Dispatch Support Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Opening new service calls and processing breakdown work orders promptly to facilitate smooth operations.
- Dispatching technicians to customer locations using GPS and other tools to maximize efficiency.
- Communicating with customers regularly regarding service call status and updates in accordance with company procedures.
- Prioritizing urgent, emergency, and after-hours calls, follow up, and ensure timely resolution.
- Managing and updating service call systems, including National Account and iTrack, maintaining accurate records and adhering to IVR protocols.
- Reporting and communicating accidents involving company equipment and vehicles swiftly to relevant teams.
- Maintaining a list of customer trucks not repairable within 24 hours and updating customers on repair progress.
- Reviewing customer billing notes to ensure accuracy before opening work orders.
What Youll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- 1-2 years of dispatch experience or a related role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and dispatch software tools.
- Ability to interpret safety guidelines and operational instructions effectively.
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Flexibility to work off-hours, including potential mandatory Saturdays, based on business needs.
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Location & Schedule:
This position is on-site in Cypress, CA, with shifts from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm or 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Flexibility to work off-hours or Saturdays may be required.
