Job Title: Mill Production Technician
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm

What You'll Do
As a Mill Production Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery to support daily workflow
- Load, feed, and prepare materials for production runs
- Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic adjustments
- Inspect materials and finished products to meet quality standards
- Complete production documentation accurately and keep work areas clean and organized
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Previous manufacturing experience required
- Ability to follow written instructions
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Strong attendance, reliability, and a commitment to safety
