Now Hiring: Group Sales Manager | Birmingham, Charleston & Pooler

We are partnering with a growing organization to find an experienced Group Sales Manager to lead sales performance across Birmingham, AL | Charleston, SC | Pooler, GA.

This is a unique opportunity for a sales leader who has built and scaled a sales organization, not simply managed an established team.

Compensation: Approximately $130k-150K base 

What We're Looking For:

• Significant sales management experience within automotive, commercial truck, heavy equipment, construction equipment, agricultural equipment, or similar B2B equipment industries
• Proven experience building and implementing a scalable sales process
• Hands-on experience implementing and managing a modern CRM system
• Strong understanding of:
• Sales funnels & pipeline management
• Lead tracking and customer activity
• Conversion rates
• Sales forecasting
• KPIs & performance metrics
• Salesperson productivity
• Experience using CRM data to manage and coach a sales team day-to-day
• Proven success recruiting, training, developing, and retaining sales professionals
• Experience creating sales compensation and incentive programs
• Ability to manage performance across multiple locations
• Strong analytical and strategic leadership skills

This Is NOT Just a Sales Manager Role

We're looking for someone who can build the system behind the sales team—establish the process, implement the CRM, create the KPIs, develop the compensation structure, identify bottlenecks, and use the data to drive results.
