Paramount Home Health Care is seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one private duty nursing care for a patient in Clearwater, Florida.

Position Details
Location: Clearwater, FL
️ Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Setting: One-on-One Private Duty Home Care
Patient Needs
- Tracheostomy (Trach) care
- Ventilator management
- Routine skilled nursing care
- Medication administration and patient monitoring
- Documentation and communication with the healthcare team
Available Schedule
24 hours per day / 7 days per week (Split into two 12-hour shifts)
Day Shift
- 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM OR
- 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Night Shift
- 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM OR
- 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
We have full-time, part-time, weekday, weekend, and PRN opportunities available.
Qualifications
- Active Florida LPN License
- Current CPR/BLS Certification
- Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care is preferred
- New graduates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply (training may be available for qualified candidates)
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate attitude
