Hotel West & Main is looking for a talented Line Cook to join the culinary team behind two of Conshohockens most exciting dining destinations: Hook & Ladder Sky Bar & Kitchen and 1874 Social.

What Youll Do

As a Line Cook, youll play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by:

Preparing high-quality dishes according to recipes and presentation standards

Ensuring food is cooked and served safely at proper temperatures

Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment

Labeling, dating, and rotating food products according to company standards

Supporting kitchen operations through food preparation, stocking, and equipment maintenance

Working collaboratively with the culinary team to deliver exceptional guest experiences

Maintaining a positive attitude while handling high-volume service periods

What Were Looking For

Passion for cooking and hospitality

Strong attention to detail and food quality

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Dependable, team-oriented, and reliable

Previous line cook experience preferred, but not required

Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

$100 Monthly SEPTA Stipend for Full-time associates and more.....
