Paramount Home Health Care is currently hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one nursing care for a client in Ellenton, Florida.
This is a great opportunity for nurses looking for a comfortable one-on-one case with flexible scheduling. The patient is very mobile, pleasant, easygoing, and generally requires routine nursing support, including G-Tube management.

Job Responsibilities
G-Tube management and care
Medication administration as ordered
Routine nursing care
Monitoring and documenting the patient's condition
Following the patient's Plan of Care
Maintaining the patient's safety and comfort
Completing required nursing documentation
Available 12-Hour Shifts
️ DAY SHIFT 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Monday through Sunday
NIGHT SHIFT 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM Monday through Sunday
Qualifications
Current and active Florida LPN license
G-Tube experience preferred
Reliable, dependable, and professional
Good communication and documentation skills
Compassionate and committed to quality patient care
