TruBlu HR Solutions is currently hiring for manufacturing facility in the Magnolia, TX 77354 area. Candidates must have relevant experience in a production or fabrication setting.

QC Inspector

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• This role is responsible for ensuring all fabricated and manufactured parts meet quality and engineering specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Review engineered drawings and verify parts meet specifications
  Inspect welds, applied parts, and coating/finish quality.
• Ensure all products meet internal and customer quality standards
  Verify job documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Document and report any non-conforming materials or rework needs
  Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years QC inspection experience in manufacturing or fabrication

• Ability to read and interpret engineered drawings.
• Knowledge of welding and fabrication processes.
• Experience with laser machines, press brake, punch press, and shear machines
  Forklift experience required
• Strong computer and communication skills

Welding Assistant/Fabrication Shop Helper (NIGHT SHIFT) 

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• This role supports welders and machinists and other dept areas,

Responsibilities:

• Assist machinists and welders in fabrication operations.
• Perform basic quality checks on parts and materials.
• Pull, stage, and stock materials for production jobs.
• Identify and document materials that do not pass quality control.
• Support general shop workflow and production needs.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing or fabrication experience.
• Forklift experience required.
• Ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of fabrication processes preferred.
