Now Hiring: Part-Time Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Community-Based Role
Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact while working in a positive, respectful environment? We’re seeking a male Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support a thoughtful and reserved adult male who enjoys staying active and engaged in his community.
This is a rewarding, community-based role focused on:
Supporting participation in local volunteering opportunities
Encouraging confidence-building and independence
Assisting with recreational outings and social engagement
ASL Proficiency Required Strong American Sign Language (ASL) skills are essential for effective communication and connection in this role.
Schedule (Consistent & Predictable): Tuesday – Friday 11:00 AM – 2:15 PM Total: 12 hours per week
Ideal Candidate:
Male DSP (based on participant preference)
Fluent or highly proficient in ASL
Patient, dependable, and community-oriented
Enjoys supporting others in achieving personal goals
